Volunteer Information
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer Firefighter, please
contact us
or stop by on Tuesday nights at 7pm when we have our weekly meetings.
We would love to have you as a guest of our station!
All volunteers are trained to do CPR and offered a paid Firefighter I
course
provided through Santa Fe County Fire Department.
We require 6 months participation in the department before you can go
on calls,
including weekly meetings and the trainings. This is to ensure we
have adequate
time to train you and get you familiar with the equipment...as well as
for you to
decide if it's what you really want to do!
